- Gutter Cleaning - Re-secure Loose Siding - Downspout Adjustment - Side Door (Left): The spout is currently sitting too low. I’d like it lifted a few inches so it sits above the grass line, as the grass tends to grow over and block it. -Front Door (Right): The connection point between the old gutter and the new spout seems loose and I want to make sure that it is properly secured. - Window Well Covers: My main focus is the specific window circled in red in the attachment(s). Could we please get a quote for a simple, reliable cover for that window, plus an optional quote for all basement windows.

Tenant has reported multiple maintenance issues throughout the property that need to be addressed. The issues include: Side Door: The side door has a huge gap in it and needs some type of weather stripping.( just Backyard Spigot: The spigot in the backyard leaks water into the basement locker room because it wasn't properly installed Kitchen: The lazy Susan that is part of the kitchen cabinetry decided to fall down about 2 years ago and it was never fixed so we haven't been able to use it. Upstairs Bathroom: The upstairs bathroom is peeling on the ceiling and the walls. Walkways: The property all around the front to the back is full of mud. The walkways are all caving inward. There are always big puddles and you bring mud in the house when it rains. Side Door Steps: The steps to the side door are crumbling and every time you walk out the door you take a risk of falling. Front Porch and Steps: The front steps have crumbled and the bricks have fallen into the foundation. The front porch and one of the steps has a big crack in it. The steps are wobbly and is very unstable. Upstairs Medicine Cabinet: The upstairs medicine cabinet oozes brown liquid inside where your toothpaste and toothbrushes are every time it rains. From there it will leak down near the electrical outlet. We were told that there was a leak on the roof that was fixed incorrectly. The prior maintenance worker only put some puddy inside the medicine cabinet but never fixed the problem. Basement Locker Room: One of the locker rooms floods every time it rains. It is soaking through the concrete blocks. Downstairs Bathroom: The bathroom ceiling and walls are peeling really bad. Living Room: Paint peeling in living room where there was a leak that wasn't done correctly.
